We stay in 2-3 VRBO's annually. This townhome ranks A++. It was super clean and spacious. It's better than the photos!! It's at the entrance of the neighborhood on the end - easy in and out with a great view. The pool is across the street, but far enough where you don't get a lot of noise. There are 2 separate pool areas in the complex. The one near this townhome has 2 pools, a hot tub and a pickleball court (bring your own paddles/ball). The home was stocked with everything we needed (washer/dryer, appliances, pots/pans/baking sheets/dishes/seasonings. Plenty of extra towels, washcloths and extra bedding/blankets). The furniture was comfortable. There is an upstairs TV area, 2 bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is living room, kitchen, dining, utility room, 1/2 bath, master and full bathroom. Plus a spacious patio with table, chairs and a gas grill. The complex is on the south side of town - away from the noise of traffic and people. We loved staying here and would highly recommend!
While in the Moab area, we scheduled a timed entry at Arches Park, a 1/2 day white water rafting trip, 1/2 day at CanyonLands and also visited the Museum of Film and Wester Heritage located on the river in Red Cliffs Lodge. (many western movies were filmed in this area). The town also has a very nice grocery store that has everything you'll need (including vegan, gluten free choices). There are also lots of restaurant options.
