  • Downtown Inn Moab is a vacationers dream! Deadhorse (D) Unit is located walking distance to Moab's downtown shops, bars, and restaurants.
    This property is BRAND NEW and CLEAN!

    This newly renovated condo is walking distance to downtown Moab shops, restaurants, and bars, even the Moab bike path is right next door! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location.

    The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building-
    Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials.

    Deadhorse has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has a Comfortable Queen sized bed and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area. You will have a stacking washer and dryer inside your condo, that is private for your use only.

    This building is NON-Smoking and No Pets.

    Deck/ Patio area-
    Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM.

    Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking!

This place was extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed with another couple as we toured two of the national parks and two of the state parks. We were also able to hike the dinosaur tracks trail, and the dinosaur bones trail. It was fascinating experience. Not to mention rafting down the Colorado River.While the beautiful hot tubs on the patio were shared with the other condo. There were two tubs, so was not a problem as we each had a tub. and the bonus was we met the most interesting people. The kitchen was large and had all of the necessary pots and utensils. We cooked a wonderful Cajun meal one evening. Without any problems. our host was extremely responsive to any of our needs. I do kind of wish we were able to take advantage of the gas grills that were provided, but we were so busy. We never had the opportunity to cook outside.

Great stay at an incredible condo. This unit is located just two blocks from some of the best restaurants in MOAB. The unit was furnished with everything you need and nothing you don't. Great host and great spot. Would recommend 100%.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Parking for our trailer was very easy across the street. The property was very clean and loved the location to downtown and trails. Had an issue with noise from the water heater but Damon was quick to respond to my concern. Will definitely stay there again.

Wish we had Mo Time in Moab!

First time to the area, parks were fantastic, but this is about the property. Such clean and comfortable accommodations! Location amazing, 3-5 coffee options within a few blocks for our morning walks. Enjoyed hot tub time after hikes, property even has designated hot tub towels! Daughters enjoyed the loft, lots of forts and gossip in that zone.

Great location and nicely appointed unit

This was a great place for two couples - each had a private bathroom. We loved the location, with all of downtown Moab within a few blocks. There is a nice path to walk to the grocery store just 3 blocks away.The loft space was not very useful for us. The water heater was noisy and located on the back wall of the main bedroom. The shower in the bathroom in the front could use more privacy to the street.

Everything about this property was stellar. There were loads of towels, cooking equipment, plenty of beds (super super comfy beds), extremely convenient location to main Street, restaurants, and stores. Perfect location for easy strolls to town center

This property is exactly as it is described in the listing. Parking is easy. The location is fantastic. The AC works. After busy days of exploring the outdoors, coming home to this clean well-laid out apartment was a joy. We had a great stay here and would return on a future trip to Moab. The only reason I marked cleanliness a 4 was the loft viewed the top of the bar over the kitchen which could use a good dusting/clean. Tossed candy and dust on it is invisible from the ground, but visible from the loft. I'm sure the owner will attend to that soon, as the rest of the place was immaculate.

Check in was easy, property was very clean and in great shape (fairly new). Had a couple of questions and were answered promptly. Great location, 3 minute walk from all the restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.
