This property was so well situated for visits to Arches and Canyonlands. It was clean, quiet and comfortable with quick access to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the pastries on Main Street!

We stayed here while hiking the Moab area. The property is on the southern end of town in a quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. It is rather large and fairly comfortable, especially the beds. Having 2 full baths was helpful after a day of hiking and everyone wants a shower. One of our party has a disability and cannot eat out and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook all our meals. using the grill meant we didn't heat up the house. The thermostat was not working properly and kept creeping up to 88 in the middle of the night. Overall, the interior could use a refresh on paint and the kitchen could use a deep clean.

Condo was comfortable and well stocked, we enjoyed our stay and loved the neighborhood. However first floor bathroom shower was too short for any of us to use and upstairs bath was small for four of us to share. I thought our stay was overpriced.

Great quiet neighborhood right off of the golf course. Short drive to Main Street, Arches National Park, and endless adventure! House was fully equipped with all the comforts of home!

National Park Vacation

Great condo well stocked with all the essentials. Close to downtown Moab but far enough away from the chaos. Very close to Arches, Canyonlands Island in the Sky and Dead Horse State Park and close enough to the Needles section of Canyonlands. We even went to Mesa Verde from here too! Great stay!

Quiet, Lovely Stay in Moab

We recently stayed at this property at the beginning of June 2025. The location is in a quiet townhome community with a pool. We enjoyed the using the grill two nights to prepare supper. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. There were plenty of towels and beach towels if you use the pool. This was a nice location for hitting Canyonlands, Dead Horse State Park, and Arches.

Very comfortable !

It was exactly what I wanted. Close to town but not too close. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable. The couch and chair weren’t quite as comfortable for two tall people but it worked out ok. Will stay again if we get back to Moab.

Overall it was good. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and seemed safe. All the units around us seemed to be short term rentals too. It was clean and covered our basics. The washer and dryer were awesome. Two minor detractors. The keypad entry was not reliable. It's sensitive and if you press too firmly, it rejects the input. Sorry, but a 10-digit entry code is too much. Multiple tries to get in every time and we put in the correct code. Second, the place needs some basic upkeep. Things like areas on the wall that were patched and not painted are detractors. It's a good place, but it could be really good with a little work.

Perfect Place to Stay in Moab

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this condo had everything we needed. Modern appliances and comfortable furniture. We will definitely stay here again. I booked this on VRBO and the condo is managed by VACASA. Communication is terrible because VACASA refuses to message you through the VRBO app. Loved the new appliances but had to Google directions for the washer/dryer and coffee machine.

Great townhouse, close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome - clean, well stocked, well organized and close to everything. Communication is mixed - anything within the standard process was fully automated and worked awesome. Any question outside of the automated process would be left unanswered for days or even weeks.

Low battery chirped in the middle of night, no replacement available. No rags in bin, told to use for clean ups. Shelf with bin on about to fall down. Sloppy paint repairs. Lamp in master didn't work "parts on order since early September ". Water glasses and coffee mugs needed rewashing. Tiny first floor bathroom.
