    The Space:

    Enjoy spectacular views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Rim while grilling from the private patio or while cuddled up by the gas fireplace in this townhouse! Get a peaceful night’s sleep on a memory foam mattress after enjoying a movie in the theater room. Guests will also be very close to the communal pool and recreation amenities (pool, hot tub, basketball/tennis court, and children’s playground).



    What's nearby:

    The townhouse is just three miles south of downtown Moab, a mecca for quenching your thirst for adventure, nature, and geology. To cool off during the hot summer months, enjoy or playing at Ken’s Lake (nine miles away). Do you have a love for National and State Parks? Explore the nearby Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, just a two mile drive out.

    Please note that the swimming pool is seasonal and only open and available for use from mid-April through the end of October (weather permitting).



    *2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.

Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this location just south of Moab. We were close to all the 4WD sites like Hells Revenge an 7 Mile Rim Trail.

Pleasant stay

We very much enjoyed this property. Very clean, nice amenities, on the outskirts of town. Only downside is a large number of other guests with ORVs who were noisy but overall the property was very good.

Moab 240 Base

Stayed here while training for the upcoming Moab 240 ultramarathon. Location away from the hustle bustle of downtown Moab. Nice neighborhood.

Fantastic views & Comfortable living

We loved this house for our trip to Moab! The house was nice and quiet, cool, comfortable, and had plenty of space to socialize and play games. The pool was great and the giant windows in the living room were so nice to watch a storm from.
