"Lorena apartments are a superb accommodation in Pomena! Location is excellent, tucked away from busy port where the boats and yachts dock yet on a walking distance to excellent restaurants and entrance to the beautiful national park. Interior is well maintained with modern and tasteful style and the apartment is well equipped with everything you might need for a stay. Hosts are very welcoming and super helpful. Highly recommend Lorena for stay in Mljet!"

"Polace was my favorite place in Croatia. Tiny, charming, quiet town. Easy access by bike to the two lakes. Crystal clear water, beautiful views from the balcony. Super clean and restful place with tons of kitchen amenities and beach towels. Very friendly host. I can’t recommend this place enough. Great for a family of 4. "

"Our unit at Lorena Apartments was perfect! Very modern inside and lovely ocean view balcony that we enjoyed in daytime and evenings. The building superintendent, Pavo, was welcoming and so helpful! We were so grateful that he took the time to tell us ahead of time there were no markets open and to bring our own groceries. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen with olive oil, balsamic, coffee and even pasta - so great! Very close walk from the ferry... shortcut along the water (Pavo also helped to clarify not to use the google map default instructions), and he kindly let us store our bags safely after check out until our departing ferry was leaving late that afternoon.The local restaurants Pavo recommended were perfect for dinners watching the sunset. Bring cash as several restaurants did not accept cards or their card machine wasn't working because internet was spotty in Pomena. We also loved our visits to Mljet National Park... a quick walk from town. Thanks for a great stay! "
