There was no telephone to connect to the front desk in the room. They give you a phone number to call, which is a Japanese landline phone number, which is useless if you don’t have a Japanese phone number and rely on WhatsApp or iMessage to communicate in Japan. For the amount of money they charge for the rooms, this is unacceptable. The atmosphere of the room was nice but they don’t even give you drinks sachets in your room. You have to go to the ground floor to collect them if you want any. Again, this is unacceptable for the amount of money they charge for each room. Overall, it was an overpriced hotel with little service, and I will not recommend this place.

スタッフの方にはとても親切にしていただきました。デスクにコンセントが1口しかなく、ドライヤーとスマホの充電が同時にできませんでした。（ドライヤーを浴室内で使えば良かったかもしれませんが）できればベッド周りでスマホの充電ができればと思いました。カメラの電池の充電も必要でしたのでコンセントの数を増やして欲しいです。当初、エアコンのスイッチがベッドの所だけだと思い、壁に温度変更スイッチに気づくまで寒かったです。

気持ちの良い挨拶と手厚い心遣いのあるサービスにとても満足できました！
