"I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveller and it was great. It was about an hour long train journey from Haneda airport. A 2 minute walk to Hatagaya station and overall a convenient location for transit (~15 mins to Shinjuku Staion). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast consisted of toast, soup, coffee, and orange juice. But there were other options nearby (local cafe and a McDonald's 2 mins away). I would definitely recommend to others."

"The hotel is in a very central and busy location, so busy that I ended up going the long way round from the station to avoid the busy main road where hundreds of people are crossing. The room itself was lovely and freshly renovated, very compact though. Due to renovations 3 of 5 washing machines were not available during my stay and the other 2 were constantly in use so that I was not able to do my laundry which was inconvenient. The buffet breakfast is basic and you have to get there early as one day I went half an hour before last entry and some things like scrambled eggs had finished and not been replenished. There is a charge to call a taxi at the front desk so it's better to call one using Uber."

"I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off: 1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it) 2. Breakfast was amazing but waiter never asked me if I wanted any juice. 3. The arrangement of the floors is a little wacky. The 41st floor is reception. You take an elevator to higher floors to reach the guest rooms. To get to fitness center you go to 45th floor for entrance and then a side elevator to 47th floor for actual gym/pool. Felt like solving a maze. I love the two bar floors. Just like what I remembered from the film “List in Translation.”"
