We went to bed with no siren and traffic sounds from the city and woke up with the songs of birds. Recommend this place for people who need a get away from the hustling of a busy life. "This property is truly beyond amazing. The accommodations were extremely comfortable. The amenities that the host provided were perfect for our needs. Eggs bread milk on hand for our first meal. "Very quaint cottage in a peaceful setting. We loved seeing the farmer gather his cows each morning as well as enjoying the sounds of he birds by the feeder. Being so rural, it took a little drive to get to any major roadway, but we quickly figured out the best routes. The cottage had many nice little amenities such as instant coffee, tea, seasonings, even fries in the freezer. Owner was very responsive when we had a question and gave us suggestions of things to do and where to eat in the area....

"Our extended family enjoyed a quiet relaxing week at Curradoon House everything you could wish for was in the house and every room was in immaculate condition. The owners Miriam and Pat were very helpful. Although in the countryside we were only 20 mins from all the beaches on the Copper Coast and some of the party enjoyed a day riding the Waterford greenway, Lismore Castle and the Nire valley. The scenery in this part of Waterford is beautiful. A 5* stay."

"Lovely place to stay but the place is looking a bit tired. Had problems with the hot water not working to start off with. Lacking the basic welcome items ie said there would be milk coffee and tea etc. No milk no coffee just tea. Instruction of how to get there very in accurate but lucky a very friendly local showed us where we had to go. But we did enjoy our stay very much"
