Enjoy our newly built Missoula HomeBase with all the conveniences for work or play. Beautiful, light-filled space with a stylish chef's kitchen, open floor plan for families and friends, fast wifi, game room/office and secondary bedrooms upstairs, back patio with dining and fire table, and outdoor seating area around the gas grill. Solar energy reduces your carbon footprint! Minutes to the "Hip Strip" downtown, trail heads, Snowbowl, UM, and the airport!

The Missoula HomeBase is a newly built, energy-efficient, spacious house meant to spend time in. You enter the large, open concept living area, with a large FireTV and electric fireplace, perfect for hanging out in the evenings. The kitchen, with a gas stove and a massive kitchen island, is ideal for cooks. Right outside the kitchen is a premium gas grill for outdoor gourmets. The laundry room with full-size washer/dryer is right next to the kitchen.

The spacious primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with two sinks and a rain shower head (suitable for tall people!), and opens out to the gorgeous back patio with mountain views. The perfect place for morning coffee! Upstairs are two light-filled bedrooms with queen beds and plenty of closet space. There is a bonus room upstairs with a sofa, recliner, and Roku TV for movies and games, and also a large desk, for a quiet office space. The sofa folds out into a queen-sized bed. Upstairs is a second full bath with dual sinks and rain shower.

The house is mostly powered by its own solar panels. In the past six months, we've saved over
30,700 pounds of CO2 emissions, equal to planting 232 trees! Only 3 miles from downtown, 5 miles from hiking trails, 3 miles from the airport, and 4 miles from the University, you'll be close to everything. Free parking on the driveway in the back brings you to the front door with remote check in.

Other things to note:
1. We do not allow pets or smoking at all.
2. We require a security deposit to confirm your booking.
Guest access
Free parking is on the driveway and can fit 2 cars. While there is lots of great walking to be found around the neighborhood streets, getting around town is much easier with a car. The garage is not available to guests.

We loved everything about this place! Perfect space for our family of 4. Very welcoming and beautiful backyard area! The owners were exceptionally responsive and really went out of their way to make the stay special. Location is convenient to both airport and missoula center. Truly an oasis!

Home away from home

This home was the perfect spot for our time in Missoula. We had to go to St. Pats hospital every day, and it was a quick, easy drive, and so comfortable to go "home" to after long days. Well set up with everything you'd need. This really felt like home away from home.

We had an exceptional stay! If you flying out fir a wedding or just visiting, this house is perfect. At a quick glance: -super comfortable bed -kitchen has just what you need -clean, large spaces with a beautiful outside area -less than 10 min drive from town that worked out perfectly for us -owners were very responsive. You will love this rental!

Very nice place in good location

This property is very up-to-date, clean, and well equipped. We were impressed that everything worked so well throughout our stay. The local neighborhood is clean and quiet. The location was also very good for our day-tripping, with easy access to I-90 and US-93 in both directions northward toward Glacier and south to the Bitterroot Valley. It is also not far from the main drag with every type of dining and shopping venue. Overall we really enjoyed our time here!

Thanksgiving HomeBase

Place was outstanding. We hosted Thanksgiving with plenty of room. The grill cooked the turkey and the island was great for all the side dishes. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place was really clean and had nice homey touches to make it feel like a home. Communication was great and it worked out perfectly for us. Would definately stay again. Thanks!!

Best place in Missoula for a family

The home was immaculate; updated, with comfortable beds, modern appointments and it felt brand new. The hosts are on point with communication and it was appreciated! We brought 3 adult kids with us to Missoula for a family wedding. In a word, our experience was “AWESOME!”

Great Girls Trip!!

We love, love, loved this place!! Beautiful, spotless, and so welcoming! It was perfect for the six of us. We liked the thoughtful and handy coffee station and the big drawers in all the bathrooms that allowed everyone a place to stash their toiletries. It is on the rapidly expanding westside of Missoula with easy access to grocery stores, food, airport, etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better homebase for our girls trip! This place rocked. We came to town for a family wedding and it had plenty of space for the six of us who stayed there. The kitchen was huge with so much room and it had genuinely nice appliances (not those cheapy ones you often see). The outside space was gorgeous and the fire pit was amazing to end the day next to. Highly recommend if you are thinking of booking.

Oasis in Missoula

Beautiful, immaculate townhome on the edge of the crazy crowdedness of Missoula. Close to I-90, but far enough away to be peaceful. Spacious and comfortable. Outdoor patio area is private and nicely maintained. Hosts were extremely attentive and available. We were extremely grateful for our stay here. You will not find a better property in the area.
