Room was clean and spacious. The rooms are basic with outdoor amenities. I recommend getting a room with a balcony and Mountain View. There is no front desk. You can check in at the coffee shop across the parking lot. All doors use access codes to get in, no hotel keys. Free parking. Great location to downtown Missoula.

Great location for dropping our daughter off to University of Montana. Easy check in with code sent to us the day of our stay. Only suggestion is to bring a smaller car. Parking spots were challenging for me.

The entire hotel was incredibly clean and it was very easy to get checked in and settled. Was definitely interesting not having any lobby staff on property, but they do a great job of explaining how to get into your room and we’re very timely and sending all necessary key codes that we needed. We would definitely stay there again, as it was an incredibly unique hotel experience!

Downtown Missoula is quite walkable - generally speaking. We stayed here while attending a concert at Griz and it was a half hour walk there and back. This was also a good central location for exploring the shops and restaurants downtown. The room had all the amenities we could have wanted and working AC!

The code we were given didn’t work, and with no one at the entrance, we had a bit of a hard time getting ahold of someone to give us a new code. But the room was great and really clean. Would stay again.

The room was clean. The accommodations were minimalist, but quite comfortable. We enjoyed having a hammock in our room! The staff in the café are quite helpful & friendly. The location of the Gravity Haus suited us perfectly. We were in town for a concert out at the KettleHouse Amphitheater in Bonner, which is quite a drive and has limited parking. So there is a shuttle available through the Top Hat, Bar and Restaurant, and the walk to the Top Hat is only a couple blocks away. This downtown location is perfect for getting into town and walking around and for staying away from busy sidewalks and noisy cars as it’s just a few blocks from the main shopping, bars and eating area.

Likes- balcony, clean room Dislikes- asked for a room with a bathtub and was told at check that my room had one, it did not. When booking with the hotel -photos showed room with Rumpl blankets and can of beer in bathroom. My room had neither. Refrigerator was not working and leaked water all over the floor. I reported to housekeeping. Staff at check in did not give instructions on how to get to my room or where I needed to go.

The room was clean and tidy. The property is located conveniently in downtown Missoula. However, check-in was very confusing because there was no indication (both prior and after booking) on how to check in once you arrive. There needs to be a sign placed on the entrance that says you have to check in at the adjacent coffee shop. Also, you need to warn people in advance before booking about the convoluted check-in procedure.

Loved the hammocks, loved the simplicity, love the keyless entry and easy check in and out. It was so nice to bring our dog without worry. Having use of bikes with such close proximity to the river walk was also really nice. This is not a typical hotel so be sure to pay attention to the confirmation email that advises to call the office directly before closing to get your entry code. This is important if you plan to arrive after office hours. It would also be a good idea to ensure you have the internet password before the office closes just to keep things simple! The staff was wonderful! They did an excellent job and were great help with everything we needed even after hours! .
