"Excellent hotel. It was clean, and breakfast was good. It offered eco-friendly provisions, from the product dispensers in lieu of guest-sized products, to the shower curtain made of recycled material. There was only one small problem: no soap at the bathroom sink. The hotel offered only body lotion in the dispenser. The desk said a mistake had been made in ordering and rooms were the same. They really needed a hero employee to acquire guest soaps until their new dispenser product arrived. "
