"We reserved the Soleil Suite with the private mineral tub in our room and it was amazing! After long days of heat and hiking in the local area, it was a delight to be able to soak away muscle soreness in our tub. The jets are strong! The room was large and clean, with a newly updated bathroom. The restaurant opened up just a couple of months ago and has great food as well. As other reviews have said, this hotel has some modest houses around it, so don't expect a typical strip of hotels. The hotel itself also looks modest from the outside, so walking into the courtyard of palm trees and sparkling pool is a delight! We loved everything about our stay and would definitely return ❤️"

"What a wonderful oasis to find after a long day on the road. The house is fun and funky but the pool is really the gem! A fully fenced very large yard for our dog gave her space to burn off some energy. Do know that a family lives in the other half of the duplex and has dogs that also use the yard. Not a problem for our sweet girl but might be for a more aggressive dog. Elliott was very responsive when we had some questions and we enjoyed a lovely stay. Would definitely return! "

"We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest bathroom; Guest shower drain clogged in bathroom and drained very slowly; AC vent rattled loudly in master bedroom, and every time it shut off through the night it sounded like a door slamming shut; Old food left in freezer; Several kitchen drawers had food crumbs in them and were dirty; Pool dirty with debris and dead lizards; Broken landscaping lights and other debris/trash in outdoor areas (front porch and around pool); Foosball table broken and unusable; No instructions regarding trash pick up found. Trash bin full upon arrival with little room for our trash; 3rd night - home lost power in master bed and bath. Took several hours to resolve. Communication was poor until a maintenance worker finally called. He was helpful. We took care of the smaller items and worked around things, but wanted the property manager to know so these issues can be fixed for future guests. To date, no acknowledgment or response was received. Would not stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed everything about the property. We spent most of our time in the back patio…very comfortable furniture, the pool which was the perfect temperature and worth paying to have it heated, the hot tub which was not too hot in the 90 degree temperatures and especially morning and evening. The beds were very comfortable. We fixed most of our meals there, Vons is close. The cover to the bbq was a little challenging but the grill worked great. We would absolutely stay here again. Nate was great to work with. Always responded immediately with the answers. Thanks!"

"This was a perfect house for my kids and grandkids. the outdoor space and view is lovely---we ate our meals out there mostly. Conveniently located near Desert Hot Springs and stores, etc. yet it feels secluded. It's a fun-funky house at a great price. We'll probably stay again."
