「This was a unique and beautiful property that the pictures do not do it justice. It was conveniently located to a grocery store and the neighborhood felt very safe. The view from outside the property was another perk we were not expecting! We had to return to the property after checkout (our teenager accidentally left an item) and the owner was able to let us back in the property to check for it (it was there). The place was spacious and gave our family of 5 room to spread out while still...

「Checking in was easy for me. I appreciate the safety of designated parking, coded gate to the property and electronic key to get into the unit. The place was immaculate and well-supplied...larger than I imagined too! It was away from heavy traffic, yet close enough to multiple attractions in Palm Springs and area towns. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would rent from this host again!」

「We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced:
During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication);
Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid);
All nightstands dusty and dirty;
Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...

「Place was just we expected! My kids enjoyed the pool so much. Only down side I could say is there is no shade whatsoever outside to sit if your not in the pool, so it makes it super hard to be out there without getting a really bad sunburn, also the sheer curtains in the living room once the sun starts going down, it’s hitting you straight in the face in the dining and living room area.」
