There is also a double bedroom with air conditioning, forced-air heating, and access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with five hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, and it has a dining table and an exit leading to the garden and terrace. Additionally, there is a shower/WC and a boiler (80 liters) on this level.
