Horrible Experience

Horrible management at this property. Double booked us and 2 hours before check in at 6 hours from home, they contact us and let us know we have no place to stay and nothing they can do. No help at all, not apologetic, just horrible service. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS RESORT You will be disappointed and left with no place to stay and having to spend more on your vacation than expected.
