Beautiful condo and the most amazing views! Being right on the beach was great and the pools and gym on the property were top notch. You will not regret choosing this property for your stay!

The deck was the best place to enjoy morning coffee! Got lots of use out of it and the furniture is really nice!

Home away from home

The property was amazing. The condo was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. The balcony was spectacular. Great place to watch the fireworks from. We will definitely stay here again!

The balcony was my favorite!!

My family and I enjoyed the layout of condo and each bedroom had their own bathroom. Location was good - and I like how if you rented a chair, people were not allowed to set their umbrellas in front or behind you. We will be back!

There is no better place!

we were so thrilled with this Property and I am convinced that there is not another property anywhere close to this unit. We lived outside the entire week and it was the most freeing experience to have all that outdoor space and 360° views of the ocean, the bay, the sunsets and the sand. The condo is brand new on the inside. The bathrooms were all completely remodeled, and it was comfortable, clean, private secure, and just had an air of extravagance at a reasonable cost. we loved it!

Awesome condominium

I’ve been renting condos for 8 years up and down the panhandle. This was the best place yet, beautiful inside and the deck, Wow.. Easy beach access and nice pools, will be renting this place again..

On Top of the World

Luxury all around. We loved the pools, hot tub and the instant beach access. Viewing the sunrise, high noon and the sunset all from our deck made staying here at Edgewater so enjoyable. Located so close to shopping, restaurants and fun. We shall return!

Amazing Penthouse

Our family loved our stay! The huge decking was our favorite part. The lounge chairs were perfectly set up for us to watch the stars, gaze at the moon and watch the waves come in. Bonus we were able to watch the sunrise from one side and the sunset on the other. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay

Close enough but far enough away from the main vacation spots. Private, clean beach. The condo was clean and had amazing views from sunrise to sunset. Condo was equipped with all necessary items. Kids played basketball with each other and other guests.

Great views.

The condo is nice but the balcony needs some work: weeds and appearance, needs solar lights or reflective tape on steps. But the views over the top!! Beautiful! Also...one elevator for whole building! Long walk to beach...wish we had known that. Tiki bar was open only One day out of a week.

The condo was fantastic, exactly as described, cozy and modern.

Condo was perfect for our family of 5, everything worked perfect (utilities, tvs etc) It was clean with an amazing view, beautiful balcony and great beach access. The pools, property were well kept and enjoyable to walk around. Close distance to shopping, restaurants but far enough away from the busier parts of the beach. Exactly what we wanted! We had no problems but if we did have a question the property managers were quick and responsive. Wonderful family vacation.

Edgewater with a terrace

Great vacation. White sands, emerald water, and great location. Right across the street from a grocery store and restaurants. Home was very clean with brand new appliances and furnishings. Very comfortable beds, living room furniture, and outdoor furniture. Kitchen was very well stocked. Felt like home. No long waits for the elevators. The winds were very strong when we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the terrace as much as we would have liked. Were able to get some games and puzzles from the Edgewater office to enjoy with our boys. We had a great time and would certainly return.

Beautiful place!

This property is stunning. The owners have put so much thought into the condo. We did not need a thing, it was all there. The view and that balcony are jaw dropping! The only thing I wish I had known was that, since the rental is not through Edgewater, beach chairs were not included. We had to rent chairs on the beach and were put back on the beach behind the other condo owners. Would not deter me from coming back, just wish I had known that going in. Also, there was only one working elevator, so the elevator traffic was heavy in the mornings when all of the people were heading down to the beach.

AMAZING spot for your vacation!

This place was perfect for my family for a week long stay at the beach. Let’s start with the balcony - you are on top of the world and it’s absolutely stunning. I appreciated the little things like the landscaping near the edge of the railing as it dictated a barrier for my toddler to abide. You can see the ocean and surrounding area for miles. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and absolutely perfect for everyone to have their space. We had some major weather potentially coming our way (luckily it swung another direction) but the property manager was in communication with me consistently asking if we were doing okay and if there was anything that they could help with in regards to the outside furniture. It was just nice to know that we had an outlet if anything did go sideways and it wasn’t just a “yeah, we will make note” brush off that you could get with others. Truly wonderful experience and would definitely book with them again!

Master Bathroom Issue / Construction Exterior Issue

Misrepresented listing. The master bedroom is one open area including shower and toilet...no privacy..no walls or doors to separate the two. If you're with partner expect to see and hear all toilet activities if you're in the bedroom. I would have never booked this condo if this info was provided in advance somewhere. In addition I inquired on 11/19/23 regarding if there was any construction planned for this condo during my booked trip... It was confirmed to me there would be no construction / noise during my booked days. Not the facts...Everyday drills hammer noise could not use the deck, could not hear yourself think inside condo. The onsite management company different from VRBO listing host company confirmed to me while on property the construction and maintenance had been planned well in advance...everyone should have known.

Christmas Perfection at Edgewater!

We spent Christmas 2024 at Edgewater 1405, and it was nothing short of magical. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and felt like a home away from home. But the true showstopper? The balcony! It was hands down the best we’ve ever experienced — massive, private, and with absolutely stunning views of the Gulf. We spent hours out there enjoying morning coffee, holiday meals, and unforgettable sunsets. A huge thank you to the team at Warren Beach Rentals — they were exceptional from start to finish. Friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. It’s rare to find that level of personal attention and professionalism. Edgewater 1405 gave us a Christmas to remember. We can’t wait to return and would recommend this property (and Warren Beach Rentals) to anyone looking for a five-star beach escape!

A Perfect Stay at Edgewater

A Perfect Stay at Edgewater 1405! We absolutely loved our stay at Edgewater 1405! The condo was spotless, beautifully updated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The views from the balcony were simply breathtaking – nothing beats sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset over the Gulf in the evening. The location was perfect – right on the beach with easy access to the pool and just a short drive to great restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the unit. Booking and check-in were smooth and hassle-free. We’ve stayed in Destin many times, and this was by far one of our favorite experiences. We’re already planning our return!!
