Overall this place was amazing! The inside was beautiful, the neighborhood was great, the private beach was a lot less crowded than the other beaches nearby and had plenty of space not covered by rented chairs, and we LOVED the pool. We did have some plumbing issues, a clogged toilet and no hot water on the 3rd floor but they sent a plumber the next day to take care of it and were very quick with communication. My main complaint about the listing accuracy is the "Beach View" from balconies. You could see a bit of the ocean through the houses across the street, but definitely not what I'd call a great beach view. We truly enjoyed our time there though, the elevator worked great, the decor was beautiful, all rooms had tvs, and one of the suites on the 2nd floor has a big beautiful bath and shower as nice as the upstairs master, while the other two just have showers. The first pic I included is from the 3rd floor balcony to give an idea of the view, 2nd is from 2nd balcony, 3rd is the beautiful pool lights. Tons of towels available for large groups and we liked that all the doors to outside had alarms on them to help with small children and the pool, the grill had plenty of propane and is on the top balcony, the kitchen was well stocked though the knives have definitely seen better days. Would definitely recommend, just want to give some extra details for anyone trying to make the best decision for their group. Thanks for an awesome family vacation we will all remember!
