Sweet Beach Retreat features spacious, cozy living areas with a plush king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed plus twin bed in the second bedroom. The queen pull-out couch in the living room offers extra sleeping space, perfect for families or groups. The open layout includes a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with stunning gulf views, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen
Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, a Keurig Duo (starter pods provided, and all the essentials. A starter pack of amenities is provided to get you started. Charcoal grill for cooking out (just bring your charcoal!).

🐾 Pet-Friendly
We welcome your furry friends! There is a charge for $150/stay for a maximum of 2 dogs, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Please note the following pet policies:
- Pets are not allowed in the pool, nor on the pool deck.
- There is a designated grass pet exercise area out the front door to the right, next to the dumpster. Owners must clean up after their pets.
- Animals cannot be left unattended on balconies, porches, or outside alone.
- No feeding or water containers are permitted outside of units.
Please notify us in advance if you're bringing pets. Failure to do so will result in charges taken out of your security deposit.

🚭 No Smoking/Vaping
No smoking and/or vaping inside the house or on balconies. Any smoke odor or damage may result in extra cleaning charges of $250 as well as payment to the Host/Host on any damages to furnishings, and household items during your stay.

🏖️ Beach Gear Provided
Enhance your beach experience with our complimentary beach wagon, beach towels, chairs, and some beach gear. Please note, we do not provide beach umbrellas.
