Some of the amenities in this complex include a seasonally heated HUGE pool (October - April), a washer/dryer in-unit, and a private balcony on the 4th floor with partial Gulf Views. Beach Resort is a low-rise condo complex with only 64 units and has beautiful landscaping and walking paths.
The condo is within walking distance to local restaurants such as Captain Dave’s, Kenny D’s and Pompano Joe’s. Located on the pedestrian-friendly Scenic 98, you can enjoy the day riding your bike, taking in the scenery, swimming in the award winning pool or relaxing at the beach.
