Honeymoon stay!

This condo was very clean with stunning views!! It also has a great size balcony. We did get locked out one night due to the keypad not working and had a little trouble getting it resolved but thankfully we were back in within 30 minutes. Overall, our stay was great!

Sandestin vacation

We had the best view from the 17th floor. One thing I would change on my part is to call and make sure the condo assigned to us had a walk-in shower. I requested it online but we had a very tall tub which she could not get in. This is what I have to do with hotels even though I request walk-in showers.

Gorgeous

At first, I was thinking that the pictures had to be photoshopped, but I was SO wrong. The view is AMAZING!!! The ONLY issues, and these are just me nitpicking, are that the blinds in the bedroom were broken (chain was lying on the floor) and it seems as though the dryer vent might need to be cleaned out, as the dryer had a hard time drying clothes from the washer. Other than those two VERY small issues, everything else was AMAZING. I just couldn’t believe that my family and I were able to stay at this beautiful condo, for what we were paying for a hotel with less accommodations. I want to thank everyone for allowing my family and I to stay at such an amazing place..it’s not too often that I can treat my family to something like this on a Firefighters’ salary. Thank you once again.

Love the Luau!

This condo was perfect for our family of four! The views from the 17th floor are breathtaking and the condo’s starter supplies/laundry are such a nice touch. This was our second year coming to the Luau and we love the whole package it offers - just a short walk to the beach, tram service to the Village and a super kid friendly pool. Will definitely make this our annual spring break spot!

Bait and switch

I selected a unit to rent, after payment was submitted I was informed that it was not available. A “comparable” unit was presented. It did not have the view I originally selected. I complained and other units were suggested by My Vacation Haven at a higher cost. Very disappointed.

Perfect Honeymoon Spot

Overall, we loved this stay. Gated community, friendly staff. The views are incredible. The place was very clean and came with everything we needed at a great price. The only problem we had was the check in process. It was a slight confusing and we didn’t receive our door code, but the problem was easily resolved.

There was a white substance on the nightstan, tells me the cleaning ppl didnt wipe it off, and we had to buy a fan bc the ceiling fan in the bedroom didnt work. Other than those two things it was a wonderful trip.

Great view, great location!

Condo was nice and clean and accommodated my boyfriend and I well. Beach is walkable but if you have chairs and umbrellas it was easier just to load up and drive to parking area across from condo. Only 2 things that could use attention -the chairs for beach were worn out/not in good shape;most of them seem to be for kids and not adults. Only 1 umbrella was usable -I attempted to message thru Vrbo app and got no response, so I emailed and got a response 2 days later after we had already checked out. Since this is a company and not an individual response was delayed. I would most definitely rent this condo again!

Family vacation

The condo was amazing, very clean, and had fantastic views. The pool was dirty, the beach was super packed, and there didnt seem to be much on this particular complex. We were hoping to rent a golf cart, but couldn't find anything. Overall, it was a good stay, thanks to the views and condo itself.

Short summer getaway

Myself, daughter and 5 yo grand daughter came to visit. Amazing place, we felt quite high class!!! Only complaint was the lack of info in facility. We guessed alot the first day. Beautiful place, great view! Had a wonderful time 😀

Fun and Easy Vacation

Had a really nice relaxing stay with my two teens. There was plenty for them to do in the area. The place was clean and felt safe for the kids to come and go to the pool. Close to the beach too with a nice view!

Great location to the beach.

Wonderful stay in Luau 1 tower. Pool Area is beautiful my only complaint is that the king size bed was a little lumpy. I think the owners had a topper on the mattress and it bunched up in places. Otherwise the condo was a good size for 2 people.loved being on the 18th floor and the floor to ceiling windows gave a lovely view of the ocean.

It’s all about the view!

Over the years we have stayed in almost every property type at SanDestin. The entire property is idyllic, especially if you are a golfer. Luau property is the best “bargain” on the beach side. This unit has a great view and nice patio furniture. The condo was sufficient ly clean and kitchen items appropriate for a short term stay. The flooring is nice and I know has been replaced because original units had carpet. That is the only thing I would call a remodel. The cabinets are stained a ridiculous pink but they have no impact on the unit so who cares. I would not sit on the couch without covering it with a sheet. The couch and chairs were extremely worn. The sofa bed ancient and we had a set of sheets but no blanket was provided. The 2 area rugs in bedroom and living room in particular are worn and should be replaced. Living room rug had a huge stain. I state this because advertised as remodeled. No! Bed and bedding was comfortable enough. Ease in and of building was very good. For a very basic unit with a great view I would recommend it and stay there again.

Perfect place with beautiful view

This place was very nice and clean. The views were fantastic. There was a wedding party across the hall and we never heard anything. We will absolutely come back soon.
