The condo is on the 9th floor, but you have an amazing view. Even from the master bedroom, you can open the curtains and see the beach. Each bedroom has 2 king size beds. In the guest bedroom, there is a twin over the King bed and twin trundle. There were chairs, umbrellas, floaties, bougie boards, and other beach toys in the closet to enjoy. The location is amazing and came with a 6 person golf cart. Which you could take over to the Beach House restaurant by the Hilton or go up towards the front of the property to where there were multiple places. Places like doughnuts, Clean Juice, Ice cream, coffee, breakfast, Pizza, and a couple of nicer restaurants. I highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo in the Perfect Location!

Beautiful Condo in the Perfect Location!We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the sand with gorgeous ocean views right from the balcony. The condo itself was very clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. It felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided.We especially appreciated how close it was to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether we wanted to relax on the beach or explore the area, everything was super convenient.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

On the beach, golf cart rental and easy access to all resort areas

We had a terrific time at Beachside I in this condo. Had everything we needed to get started. Great location. Golf cart provided so we did not need a rental car, but there is a shuttle available also.

Surprise snow in Florida

Property was better than advertised. Outstanding sunsets, great pool/ spa area, easy access to beach made this property special. Condo was clean and comfortable. Neal had everything set up for easy arrival. Would rent again.

Great place to stay, and have stayed multiple times

We love this location. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to come back. The property is always clean. It’s convenient to anything you need within 10 minutes. The only complaint I have this time would be the hot water. We never really got a hot shower. It wasn’t something that I feel was a mechanical error that warranted a phone call, but maybe something to look into for further residents. The management was very responsive when we did have one question about the property which is nice to have that assurance. Will be back.

Fall Break 2023

Condo was clean and exactly like the pictures. Our only complaint would be the hot water or warm showers. The water doesn’t get very hot. Be careful of the step going into the condo. You can’t see it if your hands are full. Two of us tripped unloading luggage. There is also a raised sliding door. This is also a tripping hazard. We loved having access to the golf cart.

Beautiful condo!

One of the Best

This has to be one of the overall best condos I have ever rented. From cleanliness to convenience, it was just perfect. Only complaint was that the hot water was not getting hot enough in guest bathroom. I’m sure that can be easily fixed. I will be looking for this rental again!!

Location, Location, Location!

We loved the units location to the beach and to restaurants! We loved the golf cart that came with the unit. No reason to get in a car unless you choose to. Would definitely stay here again!

Love it here

This is our 3rd time staying in this condo so obviously we love it. The condo is everything our family of 4 could want. I love that both rooms have king beds. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We love having a go cart to go to Baytown. Would definitely recommend!

Couple's get away.

Great location. Very comfortable furniture. Golf cart was perfect. Great view. Missing knob in bathroom made it difficult to get shower temperature accurate. Only disappointment was the washer didn't work. We called and they came and said it was fixed but it was not and did not wash the clothes. Made it difficult because we planned on washing clothes while there.

Wonderful place, outstanding view!

We have stayed in this condo two years in a row, and have already booked our next stay for 2023. We love this place! The view is outstanding! The condo is great, and we fell right at home when we walk I. The door. Wonderful pool, gym, grills and hot tub.

Property is in Poor Condition

The specific unit is not well maintained. Broken drawers, broken blinds, dirty walls and doors, and several random screws laying about. It is not well appointed, having limited kitchen pots/pans, etc. the carpet was dirty as well. The property is also not well maintained. Dirty common areas and limited amenities. The workout room was closed. It was a great location and view and we enjoyed the golf cart. We will not be back because of the condition of the property.

Great location, all amenities, not clean!

Check-in was super easy, parking and golf cart were convenient. The condo had beautiful views and stocked with 4 beach chairs which was a delightful surprise. We were there for my daughters wedding and brought my parents and our 17 year old son so it was very embarrassing when my 88 year old dad refused to get into the shower because it was so gross. The pipes were backed up. He had to sponge bathe. We called and left a message for the cleaning team and never heard back. Also in the middle of the night the master closet rack that was being held together with duck tape collapsed on one side scaring all of us because it was holding the iron. Again overall great but the fact that nobody called back is a huge disappointment and 5 people using 1 bathroom for 4 days for this price was not ok. Also a map of property to find the other pools would have been useful since the one on property was under construction. We spoke with someone who assumed we just knew the area and was a bit rude when we needed further explanation/directions.

Lovely Condo

This condo is as pictured on the VRBO website. No surprises. The decor is current and interesting, nice art on the walls. The master bedroom is very bright and cheery, with a wall of windows looking onto the beach and gulf. Linens are a nice quality. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen fairly well stocked and comfortable for my husband and I to be in there together putting together a meal. The owner was very responsive to our texts and very fair with a small issue we had with the golf cart. We appreciated them very much. The beaches in this area are very beautiful, clean and easily accessible from the condo. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

I enjoyed our stay but would not recommend. The unit needs a good scrubbing from the baseboards up. There were several items that need repair starting with the blind at front door, crack in ceiling, drawers that fall out when you open them in kitchen and bathroom, etc
