Holidays at the Beach

This is our second time staying in this community, but our first time at this condo. As with our previous trip, it was fantastic. We really enjoy the grounds and the condo itself was wonderful. I highly recommend.

check in process was good, condo clean, have stayed at the maravilla before and enjoyed it. I only have 2 things to suggest: All pets should be on a leash and this was a 2 bedroom condo and only 2 chairs for the balcony which 4 would have been more accommodating otherwise all was good and had a wonderful trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maravilla 2410. The unit was clean with a great view of the Gulf and easy access to the beach. Check in and check out processes were slower Ray thanks to great communications from the owners.

Best beach getaway

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The views were amazing. All appliances were functioning perfectly. The Keurig coffee machine was a plus. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful - great spot - animal friendly

Thank you. This was perfect for us. The view was beautiful. We loved waking up, opening the curtain, and seeing the ocean. Also fun to sit on our porch and not only see the ocean but the pool. Clean, nicely decorated, friendly, and a perfect walk to restaurants and shops, too.

Great view from the 4th floor level. It was perfect for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen. The only negative was there was no pantry, but we managed just fine. We had a wonderful week on the beach.

The view from the balcony was nice. I did not enjoy the tiny bugs on the kitchen counter and kitchen sink. Nor did we enjoy the rather large roaches.

Maravilla unit 2410, family friendly, amazing beach view

This unit 2410 has the best panoramic view of the beach, ocean. Just a stone throw away to the beach, literally just accross the street.. pet friendly, complete kitchen utensils, clean 5 star hotel quality linens, enough towels for a family of 5, and the best part is...the washing machine and dryer, it was a big bunos🤗 The only thing we could wish for is some lounger chairs in the balcony. And maybe some containers with lids for leftovers would be nice. Thank you for making sure all necessaries are provided for, we had an amazing vacay, and will choose this place again when we come back to destin..

Great view

We have stayed at Maravilla several times. This has one of the best views of the beach. Everything worked in the condo. Master bed was comfy We enjoyed Amazon prime and Netflix there. It has not been updated in a while and could be better stocked. Master bath mirror needs to be replaced. Bring your basics along with the expected items include liquid dish soap, hangers and a couple of extra wine glasses.

May Stay

Location was great, our condo was very clean but really needs updated and painted. I had to have management get us a coffee pot because the settings were wore off, the pots and pans looked like they came from second hand used store. I did not cook in due to this. I understand that some people don't want to put too much money into a place for rentals but at the same time we spent a lot of money to stay. Yes we would stay at this location again but not in this unit.

The view was spectacular, easy access to the beach, I loved that it is pet friendly!

The condo was not good, it was pretty dirty. Kitchen not great, you couldn’t open some drawers , most of the dishes were dirty, we had to wash everything before we ate off it. The headboard fell off the wall in the small bedroom, it had a punch hole in the door, and the bedskirt was horrific, a few different big stains. The master bath had pubic hair all over and caked on the base boards.. My husband is a fireman and said he is sure the sprinkler head does not work in living room, it’s very rusty.. The couch had so much dog hair we didn’t want to sit on the couch . There was not a broom or any cleaning stuff. The location is great, beach access is great.

Ok for a few nights

Condo is ok. Older but roomy. Owner needs to pay attention to detail. Return vent nasty dusty and rusted. Stove sticks out too far so all drawers only open 1/2 way. Pots and pans just thrown in cabinet no organization. Chair cushions are no longer cushions. broken trash can. Washer on right side of dryer so you’re reaching across to load dryer. Stackable would be more feasible. For the money more attention to details is necessary

Very nice stay.

This rental was for our christmas vacation week. We had a good time. Appartment is as describe with a good size master bedroom and a second one smaller. The open concept is great and the dining/family room is very good. But the most incredible was the view from the family room and the master bedroom. What a great surprise. As shown on pictures. beautiful. We also appreciate to be able to bring our dog. we had a lot of time outside with him on sidewalk. Only downsize was the interdiction to go to the beach with our dog. It should be more communicated. We finally found a dog beach located at Panama-city beach... 40 min drive from the appartment. But this is realated to the city not to the property rented. Just need to make it clear. Bring your dog, but keep it out of the beach. Thanks for our stay, we still had a great family time and a beautiful christmas week.
