Pleasant stay

This was our first time staying in this condo. It was well equipped and very homey feeling. The grounds are very nice and walkable. The pet friendly atmosphere is a real bonus. Planning to go back next year.

Very well appointed and nicely decorated. Everything you could need in a condo. Very pet friendly and the beach is close and chair/umbrella service a plus. Very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay. Will definitely return!

Loved this place!

We stayed with our dog and loved this condo! It was so clean and so well stocked. Very short walk to the beach and we walked to Bad Ass coffee every morning. We will be staying here again!

Annual trip to Destin

This year we found accommodations to include our dog on the trip. The condo and resort area is nice. There is easy access to the beach. The condo is clean and included everything we needed for our stay for our family of 4. The location is central to so many activities and restaurants. Our dog loved that he stayed with us instead of having to be boarded for the week. We just loved everything about this vacation.

Excellent Property

We stayed at this property for 4 days. It was an easy check-in process, very clean, in a great neighborhood, short walk to beach and restaurants. It was interesting how attention to details seemed to be a priority. This included the instructions (check-in/check-out), plenty of towels, washer and dryer, and even the light switches were marked. We noticed the coffee maker had a Kureg feature, however it didn't work. No problem, they had a single cup Kureg over to the side. Overall excellent property. I might suggest two things. Let your guests know that there is a cart you can borrow to save trips from car to 2nd floor. Also, the code for the gate at the beach is the same as the entrance gate. Took us a while to figure this out. Thank you for making our get away so successful.

Great stay

We had a great vacation in Destin at this property. Had all amenities inside and out. We were even able to bring our Cocker Spaniel who enjoyed the freedom of going from inside to the balcony. Unit has a nice ocean view. The beach service that comes with the unit was an extremely nice experience. Overall a great stay.

Very nice condo close to the beach

Very nice, clean condo within easy walking distance of the beach. Convenient to several restaurants as well as places to buy needed supplies. I thoroughly enjoyed the balcony which provides a view of the gulf in the distance. Accurate online description. Really has most everything one needs to prepare meals or do laundry if needed. Pet-friendly and my dog enjoyed it as much as I did.

Beach fun with family

This property was perfect for our family and 2 dogs. We rented the condo for 2 adults and 2 dogs initially as the rest of my family wasn't able to go. However, plans changed and we ended up with 5 adults, a baby and 2 dogs. The layout of this condo even though it's a 1 bedroom allows for a group this size. Furnishings are well thought out with lots of storage. Owner/property manager was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the AC. She sent a repairman out and we were up and running again within a couple of hours. Our family would stay here again.

Loved my condo at Maravilla

Our 1 bdrm, 1.5 bath condo was exactly as advertised in Vrbo. It was close to the beach, close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and the beach service with the comfy canvas chaise chairs and umbrella were a nice plus. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi but it looked nice and people seemed to be enjoying them. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need including both drip and K-cup coffee makers. There was a brand new mattress and comfy pillows. They also supply plenty of towels. We stayed 3 weeks so had do do laundry. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. We brought our 26 lb pooch with us and found a dog park 10 minutes away. He went there many times and loved it. The neighborhood was also nice for long dog walks. Plenty of other dogs at Maravilla for him to play with as well. The contact between us and the owners was excellent and they checked in with us often. Also supplied us with great information prior to check in, making the whole process seamless, including gate codes and door codes. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony with our view of the shore. Nice for reading or enjoying a cup of coffee. This was exactly the relaxing getaway we wanted as 2 older adults. The only small issue was the sofa and chair in the living room are very tired.

Great location, updated unit, dog friendly

Great location in pet-friendly Maravilla. Ocean view from balcony. Walking distance to our favorite places like Pompano Joes and Badass Coffee. Unit was clean, updated, and decorated as advertised. Plenty of towels and basics for our stay. Appliances and AC were great. Love the included umbrellas on beach. Room for improvement in quality of mattresses—particularly master and pull out sofa mattress needs repair/replace. Cable issues in the bunk bed tvs. Welcome instructions were very detailed and no hassle exit was appreciated.

FANTASTIC place to stay

This condo was EXCELLENT! Close walk to the beach, the condo was beautiful, and had all the things you need for a fantastic week at the beach. We loved the fact that we could take our little senior dog with us. And, the beach view was a bonus!
