Best price for best beach view of Miramar.

This place was PERFECT for me and my husband celebrating our 1 year anniversary. The condo has an amazing ocean front/ beach view of Miramar Beach. Also, it was convenient to be able to walk across the street with beach access and walk onto the beach. I loved that Surfside Resort was connected to the Royal Palm Grill and the tiki beach bar that we love. The condo is a little outdated but that didn’t bother us at all it was cute and cozy. We didn’t need a full kitchen because we went out to eat the entire stay. This condo was the best price for the best view of Miramar beach. We would stay again.

Amazing view if you don't mind an outdated room.

You are paying for the view not the room. The room was outdated. Other rooms above and below this unit are updates and nicer. The ceiling tiles in the hallway are cracked and falling. The sink is old. The fridge is old. The mattress is extremely firm. There were coily hairs in the shower that were not ours. There were only 2 pillows. But I will say the management contact was very responsive and kind and they let us check in early since the room was cleaned.

Great View!

You cannot beat the view from the room/balcony. It was absolutely amazing! It's also a very easy and quick walk to the beach. Julie was quick to respond and great to work with. The room and patio furniture could use some updates but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. That's all that really mattered to me for this trip. It is very loud if people are staying in the rooms next to you. You can pretty much hear everything. Thankfully, I was not next to any big partiers so it didn't negatively impact my sleep. There is a door in the room that opens directly into the condo next to it. I didn't realize this and thought it was a closet so I opened the door. Thankfully, the people in the other condo were gone or it would have scared both of us quite a bit. So that was kind of weird....knowing there was only a thin door separating me from the next unit. Expect to wait a while on the elevators as this unit is on the 12th floor so it's a long hike up the stairs. Everyone staying in the building was complaining about the elevators because there are only 2 for the entire building. Parking was easy and very close. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. They don't put your name on the chairs at the beach and it's first come first serve. If you are an early riser (I was) this is great because you get the best chairs right by the water. If you like to sleep in, you might get stuck on the second row. It depends how crowded it is at the time of year that you go. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a short getaway.

Overall Good

The owner of the suite was awesome. The chairs on the patio need to be replaced. The one chair had to put a towel on, because the bar was so rusted it would cut you. The bathroom sink is your kitchen sink as well. There were some ants, so had to keep "the sink" cleaned well at all times. But overall, the place has an awesome view and it was a place to sleep. We enjoyed our time on the beach!

Perfect location

We loved everything about this location!! Fantastic food at the restaurant, close to lots of shopping, bars and restaurants and amazing beach access!! The manager was phenomenal staying in contact with me too!

Balcony and View worth it

Was very happy with the room. Communication was great, checkin simple. View is fantastic from the balcony. Definitely worth it for a single or couple. Location is perfect, walk right to the beach. Also the restaurant's daily 2 for 1 sushi special is fantastic. Very relaxing vacation.

Nice for the price!

Our first time to stay here. Great location and easy parking. Clean room and balcony. Has a full-size refrigerator and a microwave but sure could have used a coffee pot. Also a broom and dust pan would have been nice. Nice big shower but the shower spray head only worked in a fire-hose setting ha! Had a thermostat problem which the agent had fixed in no time. Overall very nice experience.

Beautiful view! Unit disappointing.

The view overlooking the emerald coast was beautiful and by far the best amenity of this efficiency but the unit was very disappointing. Damaged ceiling tiles, noisy ceiling vent, poorly decorated and shabby. Did not even have basic items in the “kitchen” even for an efficiency. Coffee maker but no mugs or coffee cups.
