Welcome to your dream getaway at Tops'l Summit! This stunning ninth floor, end unit
condo is located within a gated community and is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort,
featuring breathtaking ocean and nature preserve views and an array of amenities
designed for relaxation and recreation.

This recently renovated two bedroom/two bathroom condo boasts a spacious living area
with ample living room seating, an electric fireplace, Roku smart TVs, and a private
balcony with stunning views. The modern open concept kitchen is equipped for your
culinary needs and boasts high-end appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and
dishwasher. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, an en suite bathroom, and
additional private balcony access. The secondary bedroom has both a queen bed and
twin bunk beds, creating plenty of room for everyone to rest comfortably. A new washer
and dryer are also provided in the unit for your convenience.

Phenomenal Beach Stay

This condo was newly and beautifully renovated with comfortable beds and cozy couches with an abundance of blankets to cover up with if you got chilly. Some of our favorite amenities other than the location/beach/pool/hot tub were the sound machines in each bedroom and cell phone charging stations near each bed. It was the nicest and cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the kitchen and kids cabinets with loads of books and games. We hope to return soon!
