Great view! Everything was clean and cozy. My family loved being so close to the beach and the pools. Other than some setting off the fire alarm by burning bacon, it was a wonderful vacation!

Very nice room. Love the pools and the beach. Wish that they would have provided a gate key and beach chairs. Other than that everything was perfect! So many pots and pans available for use. Beautiful condo!

Very beautiful and clean! The view was amazing! We loved the pools and the easy beach access. We had minor issues with bathroom sinks not draining well and smaller bedroom door sticking. Overall a great stay!

Perfect condo!

We had a great family vacation at this condo. The unit was clean, well equipped and had amazing views of the ocean! The building, pool, and grounds were immaculate, and it was a short drive/walk to the grocery and multiple restaurants and activities for the kids.

We had a nice stay with our family at the condo. Excellent communication with the property manager and anytime something happened they would check in. The Edgewater facility has made updates to make it nicer. A few things to note is I believe the owner might have a dog, there is dog hair in the cushions of the furniture so if you’re allergic be mindful.

Nice getaway

The room was very nice. Condo association needs to repair things at the building. Down to one working elevator, out of three, I believe. Wires hanging for ceiling of elevator, broken air conditioner, I believe. Big pool was closed and had a broken pump for 2 weeks at least by talking to other guests. Looks like overall the grounds were nicely kept.

Great place

Everything was as described online. I had read reviews that the front office people are rude to guests that rent from third parties and that is somewhat true. I could definitely tell they didn’t want to help us but I expected that. The property management for this unit was very responsive. The pool was excellent we were bummed the pump had just gone out on the pool with the waterfall so we couldn’t use it. Wasn’t a big deal tho. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. We had a great time.

Great Vacation

The property and unit are just as described in the pictures and descriptions. The unit is very modern and clean! The unit is stocked with everything you may need for a great vacation. The view is beautiful. The property could use a little work. The elevators are terrible. You will wait for quite a while for an elevator, however they are in the process of updating. The communication with the property manager is delayed when emailing and there is a difference in working with a third party property manager versus an owner when renting through VRBO if that’s important to you. There is absolutely no early check in without a fee- even 2 hours so keep that in mind. Overall it was a nice vacation.

rip off

was very noisy---shower had mold----doors needed car jack to open-----several items were broken--pillow on couch had stuffing coming out----never heard from manager---had to figure out how to get in as no gate man on duty, the extra charges were $$$down the toilet

Beautiful/Relaxing Condo

This is our second time staying in this particular condo at Edgewater! It’s my favorite condo because of the beautiful updates and “feel” you have while you’re staying there! It has the most gorgeous views of the beach and close to the elevator! The resort has two large pools and is a short walk to the beach (one of few condos with these amenities)!

Spring Break 2023

The condo is decorated adorable! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Pools are good, large hot tub. Private beach is a huge plus. Great location. The downside is a small master shower, mattresses are not the most comfortable and the on-site management company is not a fan of a 3rd party mgmt company, it was obvious!

NIkini Beach Retreat

The room itself was clean and would give it 5 stars; however, the property/common areas were not. Elevators were slow and dirty. For as much as we paid, the owners could leave more supplies, such as, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. The umbrella and chairs fees are ridiculous, especially, the way they are set up. They should come with the rental. Overall, it was a nice vacation.

A great week!

We had an amazing week in Destin! The views from the balcony were fantastic. We loved the two pools! The condo was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location! Destin and Orlando are our go to vacation spots, we would definitely stay here again!

Best Destin condo we’ve ever stayed in!!! Super clean with all the amenities with great pools and beach set up!! Also close to top notch restaurants and fun activities for all ages!!!! Will definitely be back !!!

Perfect location

I’m very picky and this unit did not disappoint The unit is beautifully renovated Other than learning the door and the nest thermostat everything was great. Only advise would be for you to bring your own wash clothes there were none in the unit except for the ones for makeup removal so we went and bought some. The beach and pool area are perfect. We chose the perfect week to go there was no crowds and no traffic. We will definitely be renting this unit again

Great spring break
