Enjoy the spectacular turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico through a wall of glass doors that open to a spacious balcony! The breathtaking balcony views from this unit allow you to sit back and watch the stunning sunset over the Gulf while enjoying your favorite beverage.

Cozy up in a warm, comfortable setting with flat-screen TVs throughout. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The condo has a washer/dryer, secure WIFI connection along with Cable TV.

The Master Suite features a king-size bed and a large flat-screen TV. The master bath has a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 full-size beds and a flat-screen TV.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the soft white, powdery sand and clear emerald-green waters just steps away from the condo. Our beach was voted the #1 Best Beach in the nation by Southern Living magazine! Seasonal daily chair rentals are offered along the resort's 600 ft. of private beach. The Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort is a private gated community offering special amenities such as a sun deck and gas grills. Fine dining is available at the onsite Ocean Club Restaurant. It's conveniently located near top-rated shopping and dining options in the area like Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin. The resort is conveniently located in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin area, 10 miles east of Destin and 3 miles west of CR-30A. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! The Tides building is beachfront – only a few quick steps from the powdery white, sandy beaches. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this unit 3 times in the last year and half and it is amazing. Each time I have made suggestions they take them seriously. This last stay in October 2024 the condo was not quite up to par as far as the cleaning and linens were missing in the master bedroom but I think this was a housekeeping error. They did come and fix everything that needed to be done. They could use some updates on the mattresses in the second bedroom and some of the kitchen utensils like a can opener. It was unusual for this condo it was normally spotless. There were too many kids playing football in both pools but it was due to the schools being out on vacation and the local hurricanes that hit the week before.

Lovely Unit!

Upon arrival, building has plenty of luggage carts and shopping carts. There's a Publix about a mile away. Unit is on a high floor with wrap around balcony, stunning views of the emerald water. Unit is clean and has all the basics (dishes, utensils, appliances). Could have used a few extra garbage bags. Small detail I love about the unit are the doors separating the rooms. Once closed, complete quiet. Didn't hear neighbors or others in the unit when one of us went to bed early or wanted some quiet. Master and the living room both open to the balcony. Two pools are great - lots of kids. Bar / restaurant at the pool was professionally run. Mini golf, basketball and pickle ball all available. Just a really good experience. We typically go to Rosemary Beach but Tops'l and this unit in particular are our new all time favorite. Would definitely highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the location of this condo. It’s on the edge of the strip with empty beach just a short walk east from the condo property. Gibson was great with the couple of messages I sent them and requests I had. I asked them for blankets because the condo didn’t have any extra. This seems like an easy thing to just keep in the apartment, but I imagine there is a reason for it. Check in was super easy. I did purchase a beach wagon when I arrived because it is a little bit of a walk. I left it in the unit, hoping they would keep it in there for future visitors. They also provide two chairs and an umbrella, which is great because beach service isn’t included in the rental. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony view was amazing and so relaxing. All around, great stay and I hope to stay here again.

Great little spot for a family trip

The convenience of the little tiki bar area right by the condo/beach was a big plus us with two little ones. If you're looking for a relatively no-hassle (not ridiculously expensive) family-friendly beach spot, this definitely will get the job done!

Nice condo. Location is great. Beautiful view of the beach. Putt Putt Golf, tennis and pickle ball courts. Gibson Beach Rentals was great to work with renting this property. Very responsive and they have a great app for check-in and check-out.

Beautiful view and condo

The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo was well stocked with everything from extra pillows to kitchen items for cooking. There is an ice machine on the ground floor of the property which we found to be very convenient. I highly recommend this unit.
