Excellent Location

We will definitely stay here again! We loved the newness, cleanliness, adequate space and comfortable beds. The location was perfectly situated right across the gulf, with its own private beach entrance! The pool and hot tub were clean and the bonus was the splash pad for the kids! We are very pleased with Alerio!

Great place to stay with family

Only a few hiccups while we stayed (discussed below), but the rest was great. Very close to the beach (just a few steps), close to restaurants and grocery store. Further, the condo was new, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Water bottles and a pound cake along with a resusable grocery bag were waiting for us upon our arrival. ****** We had asked for a crib, as we were travling with my 8month old, however, one had not been delivered when we checked in. They informed us that the third-party vendor had failed them in the delivery, however, they purchased a brand new pack-and-play for my son to sleep in that night. The crib was delivered the next morning. Few days after our stay, we found half a granola bar and pretzels underneath furniture. We did not bring this to the attention of management, but would have likely been remedied had we done so.

Not as avertised.

This was avertised to have a beach view and none of the rooms have beach views. There was not a front desk staff as avertised. We tried to call the management company and was hung up on. This was not what we thought we booked.

Alerio By Bliss

The condo overall was very nice, very lavish rooms. The condo came with almost everything you could need. Even a pound cake was left on the kitchen counter to welcome you. There was an abundance of towels. Loved the place overall, could have been a little cleaner. The floors were dirty definitely hadn't been swept or mopped. Overall was a very nice place.
