The beautifully upgraded Surfside Resort unit 407 has a spacious fourth-floor wrap-around balcony, which can be accessed from every room with views of the pool area and the Gulf waters just beyond.

Surfside Resort is one of the area’s most outstanding locations with great on-site amenities and a unique Sky Bridge that connects to the sandy white beaches.

Unit 407 features two bedrooms, two baths. The master bedroom is spacious with a seating area and large walk-in closet. It features a king bed, flat screen TV, a private master bath with a large glass-enclosed shower and balcony access. The large full size washer and dryer are located in a closed in space in the master bathroom. The guest bedroom is spacious and offers two cozy full-sized beds with access to the second full bathroom just across the hall. The guest bedroom is beautifully decorated and It features flat screen TV, a closet, and has balcony access.

The living area offers a cozy and elegant retreat to relax with a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa and two chairs. The living has a flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen, with its beautifully tiled back-splash and upgraded stainless steel full-size appliances, also has all the housewares that you will need for preparing your favorite meals. The dining table seats six and there is a table for four in the breakfast area for ample dining seating. The balcony is accessible from the living area, breakfast area, and both bedrooms. The floors are beautifully tiled throughout this unit.

Beach Service is included for all reservations between, March 1st – October 31st. This includes two chairs and an umbrella for your entire vacation stay. Beach towels provided for your use convenience are available in the unit.

The height limitations in the north guest garage is 6'8". The association is not responsible for damage when someone scraps the top of their vehicle. The height is accurate. Parking rules require any vehicle with a carry top to remove and store the top in order to park in the garage. Surfside security will assist the guests in storing the top. There is outside parking available without these restrictions.
