Slow customer service.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious and clean. Good air conditioning and close to shops and pick up points for tours. Needs to improve internet access as the connectivity is poor. Improved breakfast more variety of foods and more selection of coffees and hot drinks. Breakfasts time can a little bit early so that not rush when your activities for the day. Overall the hotel is great and good ambiance to stay in Albania. I give the hotel 4 star ratings.

I checked in pretty late , when I got there the receptionist informed me that I book for 1 person but my friend was with me and I told initial it was just me but she came along and I didn’t mind paying for the difference of my friend being there and the receptionist told me that it was €40 on PayPal because he the amount was too small to on hotels card reader and now he won’t stop texting/calling me.
