「The staff were all brilliant, the area is great and has lots of restaurant options. They provided luggage storage while we did the W and even allowed for earlier breakfast when we needed to leave at 5:30. The rooms were clean and super cosy to come back to after a rainy day.」

「I had a very good stay - the hotel is centrally located and you can walk to various restaurants. I stayed in two rooms - one faced the parking lot: the view was not too nice but it was quiet. The furniture in this room looked a bit dated. On a different day I had a room facing the sea. The view was great but this room also faced the busy street which was a bit loud. 「We feel so lucky to have stayed at the Loft before and after we did the W trek. Maca is incredibly accommodating and easy to reach. We got to store or our luggage multiple times and Maca took great care of us for giving us many options and recommendations to make our trip easier. The room is spotless clean, bed and linen are very comfortable, and the view is simply jaw dropping. We loved watching the sunsets and hope to come back one day. 」

「Hostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. 」
