The heart of the apartment is a bright open-plan living room, furnished with modern and refined designer furniture, which opens onto a spectacular 60 sq m terrace through a fully glazed wall. The living area includes a relaxation area with designer sofas and armchairs, comfortable for enjoying a movie on the flat-screen TV, and a dining area with a table that can seat up to 6 people. Next door is the large modern kitchen with a central island, fully equipped with the latest appliances, perfect for cooking like at home, even during extended stays. The terrace, with a panoramic view of the lake, is perfectly equipped to relax and enjoy the mild climate: a dining table for six people, a cozy sitting area with sofa, armchairs and coffee table, as well as comfortable sun loungers, are available for relaxing moments outdoors. It is a dream to enjoy a morning coffee here or enjoy a dinner at sunset!

The apartment has three elegant double bedrooms, providing each guest with maximum privacy, making the accommodation ideal whether for families, groups of friends or business stays. Each room is finished with high-quality materials and spacious closets. There are three bathrooms available to guests, two of which are complete, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, as well as a convenient half bath.

The apartment, located in a stately building, also offers a private laundry area with washer and dryer, making this accommodation perfect even for longer stays. 
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available.

A large condominium parking lot with 40 parking spaces is available to guests.

A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the facility at the time you notify us, and will show you where to park, how to enter, and give you other useful information. For check-out, please notify us about 24 hours before your departure time: a member of our staff will meet you at the facility to check the villa and greet you.

Minusio is a picturesque town overlooking Lake Maggiore. From Minusio it is possible to walk or bike to the town of Locarno along the magnificent scenic lakefront path: as you travel along it, you will discover period villas, restaurants, cafes, and beaches, all the way to the Muralto lakefront, Lido di Locarno, Peace Park, and Camellia Park.
Locarno can be reached by car in just 5 minutes.
Numerous boats depart from the Locarno pier for a tour of the most beautiful villages on the lake.



How to get there:
By car, from the A13 motorway take the Orselina/Brione/Muralto/Minusio exit and set the GPS: in 5/6 minutes you will arrive at the apartment.
By train, from Locarno station take bus No. 1 direction \"Gordola, Centro Professionale\" for 6 stops and get off at \"Minusio, Esplanade\" stop. In 6 minutes walk you will reach the apartment.
