Not bad!

Multiple things were broken in the room. It hadnt been cleaned before I stayed. The staff was amazing! Just definitely needs a little TLC.

The shower curtain was very dirty, there was a dirty rag hanging on the shower rod, there was a cigarette left on counter, there was a chunk of soap bar left on the ledge of the bathtub, room smelled had a lingering odor. We would’ve asked to switch rooms but we got in really late 3 am since our connecting flight got delayed. Thankfully we were able to check in over the phone since we knew we were arriving late so we wouldn't lose our reservation. The front desk staff was very easy to work with.

Just needed a place to stay for one night. Was a quiet little place. Although the fire department showed up, and when we went to check out the next morning we sat in the lobby for 40 minutes with no service eventually we just left. Thankfully we paid upfront when we arrived the day before. Other than that. Nice hotel, affordable.

I have never done this before, but once we saw the condition of our room, we walked back to the front desk and asked for a refund. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door, I saw an ant on the fridge, the beds were just cots, the screen on the window was shredded, and there was a lot of other wear and tear on the room. We felt super unsafe, especially staying with two kids. We walked in, took in all the damage, and walked back out. I will saw the front desk staff was super kind. They were great and gave us our money back with no questions asked.

Night clerk had no personality. 1 key for 2 people. Floors were dirty. Someone urinated in the West end stairwell that was already unkept. Room was comfortable, however have to request any kitchen amenities. Not even a coffee maker. Looked like a fist punch in bathroom door. Bathroom sink slow to drain. Chose an Extended Stay because we came out for a specific food we planned to come back and enjoy. Right next to the highway with some sketchy people in parking lot relieving themselves. Planned to add photos, but app won't allow me.
