--BED and BATH-- This condo can sleep up to 4 guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos or solo travelers: • Bedroom: 1 queen bed, separated from the living room with a divider for privacy • Living room: 1 pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests
Ample closet space in the bedroom means you can unpack fully (no more wrinkly clothes!), and you’ll surely sleep well on our comfortable mattress with high-quality bedding. Staying for a while? We can arrange for housekeeping service whenever you need it.
The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, iron, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look your best.

Fees will be assessed for smoking inside any part of the property, including common areas (Sable). • No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • Pet‑friendly listings allow dogs only; all other homes are no‑pets. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150. Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable). • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval. • Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment. • All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest. • Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement. • Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.). Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee. • Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. • Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds. • Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property. • Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas (Sable) of the property. • Loss of any physical keys, key fobs(Sable), garage door openers and/or parking passes (Sable) will incur a fee. • Fines up to $2000 per violation may be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.

Nice condo in walking distances of planned activities. Lots of nearly restaurants. Parking included in listing which was a plus. Exceeded my expectations.
It was so pretty good; since we got there they went above and beyond; I was so tired, my brains were so frozen from a long drive trip but their attention and patience to understand me to even do that whole process with their check in technology for me was what got my heart! Thank you so very much!
Clean - comfortable- check in was frustrating. Too many different keys and texts and emails to look thru.
Overall fine place but would not stay again with checkin process and entry codes.
The property is nice, just as in the photos. We enjoyed the neighborhood and felt it was friendly and safe. As a person who struggles with technology, I didn’t enjoy the confirmation and check-in process…too much for me with all the back and forth of emails and portals…seemed like information was always somewhere else, except for where I was reading. Maybe it’s me though.
Everything was just as listed, my room was conveniently located near the parking. Personally, i did not love having to find a place to park my car somewhere else in order to check in and then again ar check out. I also think it was a little less desirable that the key was not available until the EXACT check-in time so i had to wait around, or choose to pay to park somewhere else. Besides those 2 things the property itself was in excellent condition and very comfortable, and I would recommend it to my friends and others.
The unit itself was great. Very clean, well equipped, quiet and convenient for what we had planned. The check in process was very confusing. The address took us to a different location (around the back), the key fobs were not working to access the building off the parking garage, and were not working to check out. This had nothing to do with the unit or the stay though besides it was frustrating trying to get back inside. When I texted or called for help it was prompt and they tried to resolve the issue. I would stay again, but the fob situation was very frustrating.
