I was able to spend 4 nights and 5 days comfortably without any major inconveniences. The room looked exactly like the photos—actually, it was even cleaner and more beautiful than expected. On the first day, the shower drain was clogged, causing the entire bathroom floor, including the toilet area, to flood, which made me worried about the rest of my stay. However, when I returned to the hotel on the second day, the drainage issue had been fixed, which gave me a great sense of relief and trust in the hotel. I truly appreciate the staff’s prompt and attentive response. As for the downsides, it took about an hour to get to the city center, such as Marienplatz. Also, although I didn’t ask, there was no cleaning service during my stay. It would be nice if essentials like bath towels, toilet paper, and tissues were provided on the doorknob even if cleaning was not performed. There is a Lidl and a liquor store about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy food and drinks after returning. Despite a packed travel schedule, I was able to relax comfortably thanks to this hotel. Thank you very much!

掃除の後に窓が開けっ放し。 冷蔵庫がない。

ミュンヘン中央駅やマリエン広場からは離れていて夜間は街灯や街明かり少なく治安面が心配でした。 ホテルのグレードとしてはは日本のビジネスホテルクラスかな？日本人の宿泊客もちらほらと。見た感じ海外出張の団体さんのようでした。 バスルームはよくある3点ユニット、バスタブの仕切りが甘くてシャワー後に床が水浸しなこともあってそこは要注意です。 朝食もつけましたが、美味しくいただけて満足です。
