「We stayed in a Suite. The cleaning service was better for the standard rooms - they seemed to forget about us. Did not get the quality of service you should get for the price. I suggest staying in the standard rooms - they are great!」
「Very nice option for our visit to Pictured Rocks. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for food and activities. Room was clean. Hotel is older but well maintained. Breakfast was ok. The typical complimentary fare - waffles, eggs, pastries, cereal, etc. 」

「Really liked the layout of the room and the fact that there was a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower but also another sink outside of the bathroom. Very nice! Also appreciated that staff insisted that I come in with my ID to check-in since I reserved the room. We travelled for 10 days and no other hotel did this. Some may find it inconvienient, not me. Also, we loved the blue toilet and shower/tub in the bathroom. Kind of quirky. :D」
