The expansive home accommodates up to 18 guests with 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and an open floor plan, making it ideal for family gatherings or reunions. Relax in the spacious great room with large windows, comfortable seating, and a 4K Smart TV, or have fun in the lower-level game room equipped with an arcade game, Xbox, basketball hoop, pool table, ping-pong, foosball, and family games. High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace make remote work easy, while the Wi-Fi throughout the home allows you to stream your favorite shows.



Outside, the main level deck is perfect for sunbathing and dining, while the lake level offers a covered area with a hot tub and lounge seating. The nearly 100 feet of waterfront provides ample space for boats, and the Blackstone flat top griddle and outdoor gas grill make BBQs a breeze. Two full-size refrigerators ensure you have plenty of space for food and drinks.



This stylish three-level home boasts floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic lake views, including breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The unique decor complements the open-plan living spaces, and the fully equipped kitchens on the main and lake levels feature state-of-the-art appliances.



For entertainment, the lake level includes two game areas with a pool table, foosball, basketball, video arcade, Xbox, and karaoke machine, leading to the hot tub and covered seating area. The finished garage is a gamer’s paradise with ping pong, cornhole, and a television, creating a sports fan's dream space.



We use keyless entry smart locks for convenience and provide space and privacy while being available if you need anything. Rock Island Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community, so there is ongoing nearby construction of new homes and docks most days from sunrise until about 4:30 PM. Rock Island Landing is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. Point Breeze is located within minutes of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, 30 miles from Culpepper or Fredericksburg, and 45 miles from Charlottesville. Also enjoy nearby golf, hiking, battlefields, vineyards, and one of the best lakes in America!



This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay.

Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our plentiful outdoor spaces, boat dock, Hot Tub, massive deck, amazing patio, front porch, Blackstone grill, and yard games. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, smart TVs, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. If you want to use a Boat or Jet Ski during your stay, you have access to a nearby boat ramp. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including a washer & dryer.



Rock Island Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. While it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction.
