"Labor Day weekend at the lake with family. This house is large! Beds and bedrooms everywhere. 2 kitchens, 2 living areas plus the Karaoke/theater room. Downstairs living area could use more seating. There’s also a one room guest house-thing. We did not use this. Ceiling is in need of repair. Slight musty smell. It’s on the lake, does have a dock. "Beautiful house and great layout. Wonderful rural area adjacent to lake. Everyone could have their own private bedroom and a great layout for kids upstairs. Spacious outdoor area for play. Also, its layout can give space and not be cramped or diverse if different ones want to do their thing. Comfortable beds and furniture. We were wanting to do activities in Tyler and Canton and it was located within 15 to 25 mins of our planned activities. It was excellent!! Highly recommend and would rent it...

"The house is very warm and inviting upon arrival. Very clean and has everything you will need for your stay besides groceries and bug spray. There is always something to do from the kayaks, board games, and movie selection. The sunsets are absolutely amazing. The owners are very responsive and sweet. Great place to reconnect with family and friends."
