Lovely comfy base from which to explore Exmoor. Good hiking nearby and within easy walking distance of a pub serving food. First time we've ever been to a dog-friendly cottage where bowl, towel and poop bags have been provided for our four legged friend.

A highly recommended place to stay! The cottage was very well equipped indeed. The quality of everything really stood out for us - a hotel style cottage :-) It's also full of character. Creaky old floors and low ceilings making for a cosy place to be. The location is lovely and quiet but easy to get to and to get out and about from as well.

Lovely, characterful cosy cottage.

Had a lovely stay in this cosy cottage. Everything we needed was provided. Very pretty area. Pub and small shop in walking distance but not maybe with young kids. Great for a couple of nights away and base for exploring Exmoor.

A absolute gem in North Devon

We loved out stay at the cottage. It is equipped with everything one would need for a break. Location was perfect to get to walks and the beach. Our host was very good at communicating and allowing an easy checkin/out. The cottage is very clean and the beds are comfy. Book it!

The cottage is located in an area of outstanding loveliness - moor, coast, woodland, very pretty villages and beautiful river valleys. There is an abundance of walks , Dunster Castle offers centuries of history, and there is a field of lambs behind the cottage for endless fascination and amusement.
