"My overall experience was great. Loved the property and was quite comfortable for my stay. The overall size of the home versus the professionally taken pictures can be deceivingly small. The only opinion I'd offer is the upper floor gets hot and humid quite quick during the mornings making it hard to sleep in past 8:00 until the sunsets in the evening. "Ron and Merna have a lovely and spacious home. Great water pressure & plenty of water--a rare find in the PH. A guest we had one weekend said it was the best night's sleep he'd had in a month! Super quiet BR aircon. Ample cushioned seating. Large TV. Beach is about 1.5 miles away. Kind neighbors. Great front porch."
