「Small, quiet and cosy well-equipped cottage, immediately on the sea front with private deck area and pebbled beach, with main beach roped off and sloping down to sea. View of sea from inside cottage is more limited, but side windows do give a reasonable view. I was there on my own and although the cottage is equipped for 2, it would probably feel cramped for more than a couple of days if more than 1 person was staying there. There are pleasant places for coffee and to eat within walking...

「Our stay in Dunoon was delightful. Rosemary went out of her way to make our experience perfect and also connected us with a good friend of hers who provided an extra special tour around Dunoon. 「Catriona was a lovely host, she gave us plenty of information about the local area and suggestions of things to do. We stayed in the stable which was clean, comfortable, provided everything we could want and had an amazing spiral staircase which really makes the downstairs area. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying at Blarghour to anyone wanting to unwind, explore or both.」

「Nice cabin. Could have been cleaner inside and on balcony. Felt very small inside for four people. we stayed for two nights before this cabin in a neighbouring cabin which was bigger, cleaner, up to date, had a hot tub, and was much cheaper so we didn’t think this cabin was as good a deal as it wasn’t cheap. Beautiful surroundings. Felt private too. 」

「Had a wonderful four days in this lovely old home. It felt like we went back in time. We enjoyed watching the sailboats go thru the locks in the canal. We only wish that we could read about the history of the house. We explored the area taking day trips… to Oban, Campbeltown, Southend, Tarbert etc.We give a thumbs up for having a full size washer and dryer. All the other places we stayed at had small washer/dryer combos or just a small washer and no dryer… that makes it hard when traveling for...
