Unit B- Large Condo w/Patio/ Old World 3rd+Fiserv

Our 1876 historic Italianate cream city brick building is the oldest building in the Old World 3rd S. District. Fully renovated 2 bedroom apartment with King Beds! Located on the first floor is Connie's Cafe serving breakfast and coffee. Less than 1 block to the new Fiserv Forum. Lots of fun restaurants & bars on our street that run free shuttles to Brewers games. 1/2 block from the Riverwalk. Anticipate an electric, energetic night life. Our building has huge ceilings and some beautiful original brick walls. We installed all new flooring and all new furniture. We have one Sleeper sofa which are never going to be like a bed at the Ritz, but we did get upgraded mattress on our sleeper sofa which are so much better. Just so you know the one sleeper sofa is in the living room, it is a loft so there is one gigantic main room. The deck on the back is about 400 square feet and a great spot for hanging out with city lights or people watching during a concert or sports event at the brand new Fiserv Forum. The location could not be better for exploring the many different aspects of Milwaukee, from museums to fine dining to night life. It is a great neighborhood to walk in. If you are headed to The Brewers Stadium or the Summerfest grounds, there are three bars on the street that run shuttles there and back if you merely buy a drink, even a soft drink will do. The is a coffee shop on the first floor This is a spacious loft unit with a huge deck on the back. It is up one flight of stairs. There are other tenants in the building but the loft and the lower back deck are yours. You are in the heart of downtown and entertainment, however a quick uber ride can take you 6 blocks to the 3rd Ward or Marquette University. It is a 2-block walk to the Convention Center. There is one flight of stairs. Check out is 11am One parking space behind the building if available can be reserved for a fee. We also have a private garage available for rent up to 4 spaces. $50 for 1 $80 for 2 that is a block away.

Overall good. Location is great, central to many things you'd want to do in Milwaukee. Plenty of things within walking distance. Some light fixtures not working properly; the living room and kitchen are very dark given how large they are. Parking is additional , next to dumpsters in an alley. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper; bar patron noise plus garbage trucks in the adjacent alley woke us up multiple times.

Great Place and Great Location

I have nothing negative to say about this rental. The communication with the owner was excellent, the instructions were clearly communicated and the rental has everything we needed. The location was spectacular. I was worried it was going to be loud but one room is on the interior and we didn't hear anything. The other room was for my son and he said he didn't hear anything either despite his being on a block with 4-5 restaurants and bars and it being a weekend. We were a short walk to the Riverwalk and many additional restaurants. The public market was also a short walk. Traffic was not bad at any time so getting a ride share to anyplace was fairly easy. Overall, well worth the money.

Plenty of Entertainment

This is a fun area. Especially if you like to party. When it's closing time, there's a ton of entertainment walking through the alley to the parking lot. Lot's for fun! Highly recommend for the nightlife. the small cafe below has awesome coffee and some nice lunch options.

Marquette Graduation Weekend

This apartment was a fantastic place to stay as a family for our daughter’s graduation from Marquette University. It was so close to bars, restaurants, and Fiserv Forum. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, as a great space for us to spread out made it perfect. We will be back for Marquette and MKE Bucks basketball games.

Marquette Basketball game

Came to town for a winter Marquette basketball game weekend and this flat was as close as you can get to the FiServ Forum! Much appreciated in the cold. Beautiful sunsets from the back porch make me want to come back in the summer. A huge space! One bedroom had a perfect comfortable king bed and the other bedroom had a HARD king. Enormous couches in the living room, beautiful kitchen, big bathroom and tons of bars and restaurants within about two blocks. We parked in back and never used our car. FUN!

Great spot in the heart of the city!!

Came into town for some Brewers and Bucks games. Place is centrally located to everything you would need. Food/Bar choices galore. Very comfortable living spaces and beds! Highly recommended!!

The parking spot was almost too small,but there is a parking lot near by if you have a large vehicle. The apartment was good, water pressure is good. Close to many restaurants and the river walk. State Street Pizza Pub has really good pizza.

Great weekend flat on the same block as Mader's

We stayed for a long weekend during Summerfest. Property has one bedroom, with a sleeper sofa and foldaway bed. Very comfortable for two with plenty of space for 4. Easy walk to the festival grounds. All communication was through the app.

Bedroom accommodations were terrific. Roll away bed was comfortable. Pull out couch was a pull out couch. Lots of space to hang out and the outdoor deck was awesome. Walked to three different restaurants and had a reserved parking spot. Location is right downtown so very convenient to everything. So much better than a hotel. I would stay here again.
