Very nice property. I had a King suite. Gave me a great space to work away from the bedroom. The hot tub pool area was full of children. So I didnt get to enjoy it.

Windows were so dirty you couldnt see out of them, sheets had cigarette burns. Door handle was coming off in room and when i got there shower was leaking everywhere.

The staff was rude. She refused to work with me to solve the problem. She actually refuses to answer the phone when you guys call about the problem I had.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Elevator was down while we were there so they put us on a lower floor. Breakfast was basic but good.

The elevator was broken which I understand happens but inconvenient. However, I stayed multiple days and was never told that housekeeping would just never come by unless requested. Also, the shower was slippery and my two year old fell and hit her head.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The elevator was not working but not a big deal. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was a great perk. Our driver was a bit rude but did apologize after.

Excellent stay for the money! Room was extra big with plenty of comfy pillows in each bed. The man working the front desk offered me a free beer when we arrived! The only issue was the elevator was not functioning but I understand these things happen. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast but again, very nice for the price! Definitely stay again :)

Parking was tight, bathroom was a bit grimy especially the ceiling above the shower, odd smell, like cooked food- in the room even though they left the de-odor machine on and in the room, floor in front of the AC was wet, bed was comfy, suite was spacious

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The heating and air conditioning unit was extremely loud in our room. Made it difficult to sleep. I needed to run it in order to keep the room cool. The breakfast food was terribly cheap. I hate to throw out food and drink but I did this time. Only thing I ate was the Activia yogurt and clementine. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The facility and grounds were nice. Milwaukee had just flooded and we were placed on the 3rd floor and had to carry our luggage up the steps because the elevator was out of service. A bit disappointing but understandable. Overall a nice location but I wouldn’t plan on eating the breakfast.

We had an overall okay stay here. There were restaurants not too far away. Our room was big and felt more like a small one bedroom apartment than just a room with a door between the bedroom and the living room which was nice. There was free breakfast, a pool and a gaming room - we didn't try these out, but still felt it was a nice addition. The building felt a bit outdated, though, and the room wasn't as clean as we would have liked it to be. My husband found a hair in the bathroom, I found what I think was nail clippings by the night stand and there was a big stain close to the bed. It took us a while to notice these things as it wasn't too obvious (except for the stain by the bed), but either way I would have appreciated the cleaning staff to do a deeper cleaning between guests. Our comforter also had a small hole in it that had been sewn together. Other than these things the hotel seemed good overall, though.

The elevator was broken. We asked for a room on the first floor because we had some people with mobility issues and were told there were no rooms on the first floor so we were put on the 3rd floor. We were also not allowed to bring water bottles or plastic cups into the pool area. The breakfast selection also was not great. The eggs and sausage were not that warm either.

Elevator was broken-Saturday was told it would be fixed Monday- we stayed till Thursday- never fixed - not ADA compliant- was very difficult getting up the stairs to third floor - I have a heart condition-construction everywhere on property - breakfast was not good - I have never seen sausage like that and it was nasty- laundry area was bad too did not use it - pool was salty but desk said it was not salt water- we used it once- briefly then showered immediately

Had to lug luggage several flights of stairs

The coffee tray was dirty in my room..with coffee dried drippings..I found a pin needle on the bathroom floor in my hotel bathroom. Good thing i didn't step on it.. A employee was walking into the hotel as I was walking out with my hands full. They were only carrying a cup of coffee. They hold the door open for me..the let the door shut on me when they saw me struggling to carry everything..Not very good manners especially from an employee..

Room was recently remodeled but very poorly maintained. Room smelled musty. Bathroom was not cleaned with hair and nail clipping visible. The small arcade for kids took coins but did not work. Staff declined to take any responsibility for failed transactions. Breakfast ran out of food before the stated closing time of breakfast.
