The room was great, location was perfect. I loved the loft vibe and exposed brick. It would have been a 5 star review if the TV was working. We couldn't get the TV to turn on.

This is a gem of a hotel in Milwaukee. Stayed in Suite #1. High ceilings, exposed brick, clean, overall a great space to come home to when visiting MKE. Walkable to most of Bay View, so you have lots of options if you don't wanna drive.

We loved this place! It was clean, very nice, and had a very private feel! The community kitchen/lounge area was really nice and clean. Self check in and out was extremely easy!!! We will stay here again and highly recommend it to any and everybody. A++++++

Unique and eclectic but not worth $250/night

The hotel is very unique but definitely not worth $250/night: the bed was incredibly hard (my fiancé and I didn’t sleep well and woke up each morning with stiff backs) and the pillows were so soft they didn’t offer any support (we woke up with stiff necks). While the place was clean, the communal kitchen needed needed quite a bit of restocking—from coffee pods, tea bags and oatmeal to cereal spoons, tea cups and coffee cups (we had to wait until other guests finished their coffees so we could wash out their cups and make coffee for ourselves).

Loved this place! Only stayed one night but it was fantastic! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and I am picky when it comes to this due to having a bad back. Loved the contactless check-in and check-out also. The only thing that was not liked was the bathroom door. It is a sliding barn door and when the door was closed there was about a half inch to and inch gap. The entire bathroom was visible through the gap which could be seen through the reflection of the wall mirror located in the room. The hotel was extremely clean and in a safe area that was in walking distance to shopping, food and nightlife. Would definitely stay there again!!!

The common area was so nice to hangout and nice place for an early morning coffee. Only having 8 unit was so unique, less traffic in the hallway and the neighborhood has so much you can walk to. My husband and I will be back.

Parking was an issue. The alley was tore up and city was doing repairs, so we had to contact the milwalkee parking authotities to get an overnight parking permit for street parking. No staff on sight. Cipher lock to enter building and room. Code was needed. Room was fabulous. Great renovation of a very old beutiful building. Great spacious shower. Great restaurant on site. Enjoyed our stay

Third Time Not The Charm

This is my third time staying there! Usually love it! This time, the bed was uncomfortable and the shower hot water handle was loose. Needs a new bed in Room 4 and attention to the shower handle.
