Brand new 3 bdrm town home in Milton Florida. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Beaches, State Parks, and restaurants along the Gulf Coast from Pensacola to Destin will make this a memorable vacation.Situated in a wooded quiet area this welcoming home is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy family time away. Downtown Pensacola is a short 20 minute Drive.

With tasteful decor and a large open floor plan, this 1,835 sq ft home is comfortable and quiet. TVs in all bedrooms including hundreds of channels, as well as Hulu,Netflix, and Disney Plus.

The living room and bedrooms have Quick Disconnect Game Console Connections for your favorite gaming system.

The high end kitchen offers plenty of room to enjoy cooking your favorite meals. All new refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, & washer/dryer.

Full access to the garage for parking with a garage opener.

The unit supplies a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags , dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dish soap to get you started for the first couple of days. We do not supply personal soaps or shampoos.
Linens are provide for all beds. Large fluffy towels for bath time.

Full access to the entire home. Single car garage available for our guests with a garage opener.

My Key Stays is available 24/7 for our guests. Please contact us by Text, Airbnb messenger or phone.

Great place for a family of six!!!

We loved the home! If you’re looking for something simple, yet luxurious, then this is the place to stay. It is really nice, and is well furnished. Every room was clean and welcoming. The house was not too hot nor too cold, and there were a lot of amenities required so that you would not have to pay for your own. Although it is further from most popular places in the area, the neighborhood was still very quiet, and there were no distractions or unwanted company. I would definitely come back if I had the choice! Definitely recommend for bigger families who wants to stay on vacation around this area.

Great Visit

Very pleased, comfy beds, well appointed, just maybe a few more kitchen items, like a pair of scissors. Good communication, appreciated the blow dryer being delivered! VERY CLEAN! Would definitely stay again!

Great little rental property

We stayed at the property for a week while we were racing at a couple of local tracks. The property was great for us, quite neighborhood close to I-10. Only complaint I have is the neighbor across the street had his car parked right behind the driveway and it made it difficult to get in and out with the narrow driveway. 5 ⭐️

Nice, modern and clean apartment. Kitchen trash can lid was broken. Bare bones approach…additional “perks” like coffee and appropriately sized coffee filters as well small treats would have been appreciated.

Perfect Family Location

We stayed here for a family event. The location was perfect! Everything was clean and there were a pack n play and a booster for the kids. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Next Generation

This house was a wonderful gathering place for us to meet our new grandchild. It was close to our son and his wife’s home and was large enough for us to have dinner as a family. There was enough household items for our 16 day stay such as dishwasher soap, laundry detergent etc. it was so nice to have a garage for our car. The property manager was very helpful in answering any questions we had. We are planning to stay again the next time we come from out of state.
