  • Apartment attached to a 200 year old farmhouse with views of the river, gardens, and our sweet farm animals. Only 20 minutes to Burlington and close to ski areas and bike paths. Porch on front and back with comfy seating area. We offer a grill, fire pit, and an outdoor pizza oven. Private access to the river for canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Private yoga classes available on the docks or in the gardens. If you are looking for comfort and tranquility this is the property for you.

Great property for 1 person or a couple. Had everything you needed. The host is wonderful and the goats and chickens were a nice surprise. Only thing that was not explained enough was it does not have central air conditioning, just a window unit in bedroom that did not cool the whole apartment. Was only a there to sleep, so worked for me.

Chad is a wonderful host - so accommodating to our needs. We were able to check-in early & check-out a few hours late. The setting is great - a lovely view of the river. The chickens & goats were such fun - the chickens greeted us on the front porch in the morning. I highly recommend this property; we hope to stay there again!

There were Mice in the house so we got an hotel. We used VRBO before and number of times and all went well. I will not use VRBO again because you had a "who cares" business standards. The fact that we did not take pictures of the nice was preposterous. My wife and I just left.Look us up and you will see that prior to this event we also use your service.

Chad is THE MAN!An absolutely charming place to stay if you’re in Vermont in the Milton area. Even if you’re in Burlington, Rutland…I would recommend this place to stay. The apartment is neat, it’s clean, It’s fully stocked with everything that anyone will need to have a very enjoyable stay . A full kitchen a nice TV room and a breakfast room with a bedroom that has a queen bed and a nice bathroom. The host could not be more gracious, and it is a charming view sitting on the porch looking at the river right across the road. Also, within 10 minutes, you can head out and see Lake Champlain. I cannot give these folks enough credit. They are absolutely honest in what they advertise it is exactly what you get.Well done, Chad!
