「A new modern and really well appointed hotel. We stayed in a ground floor room and it was very spacious. The staff were super helpful, breakfast was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting London. Tube station 2 minutes walk away. Excellent !!」
「For me this room did the job. Parking outside which was great for us as we came from Birmingham. We stayed in room 109 and the only negative about that room is there is no window so the heat and no natural air made things slightly uncomfortable however lovely host gave us a fan the next morning when we asked so my adive would be if you'rte staying in the summer bring a fan or ask for one to make things more comfortable. Other then that was easy to get to, cleaning staff in the morning friendly....

I could not travel. I asked fora refund. The hotel declined since I did not pay extra fee for a refund. No empathy. I lost almost $700 t o the hotel without staying there.
