"Breakfast was good . Unfortunately we went through our first full day without hot water . This was really unacceptable. When staff contacted, we were told it is because of the amount of occupancy. I am sorrry but I have never stayed in any hotel or motel that did not have efficient amount of hot water for its possible max occupancy. And this was not a full occupancy timeframe. Room did not feel clean . Carpet does not look like it was cleaned in a long time . The bed : another issue. One side sagged , so you felt like you woul d fall out of the bed , and the other side was higher. If you are looking for a cheaper stay for a night and not bothered about these things , go ahead and stay here . Otherwise would look elsewhere … "

"Very nice property and the owners were nice and easy to work with. The mattresses on most of the beds are uncommonly hard and the list of rules borders on absurd but we were comfortable and the home was extremely convenient for us. "

"Someone entered and left paper towel on the table while we were gone. Unbearable foot stomping until about 4 am after complaining about someone going in while we were not there.smoke detectors also went off for no reason around 4pm and that was the last straw. We only stayed 1 night and went elsewhere. This place should not even be listed. Complete waste of time and money to stay here. Shower drain also needs cleaning as it does not drain well. Listed as a smoke free property has cigarette butts and a butt jar in back yard. "
