「The arrival time of my flight was almost midnight but they offered airport shuttle service, which was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was already turned on before my arrival, so I could relax as soon as I entered the room and have a good rest after the long flight.」

「Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk)

The shuttle to the from the airport was very convenient, the breakfast was good, and they allowed us a late checkout which was wonderful. The bed was a little firmer than we like, but we had a good night of rest. We’d definitely stay here again!」
