Up a few stairs in this room, there's a living room/lounge area with a TV, and sectional queen sleeper sofa. There's an attached solarium with a kitchenette, laundry, and a hanging swing chair overlooking Mount Tamalpais. This area has slider doors that open to an outdoor deck with gas fire pit. The master suite has two Sonos speakers, Sonos Soundbar, and Brilliant Home device to play music.

There are 2 TVs - one in the bedroom, and one in the living room. In addition, There's a Sonos Soundbar in the living room and Echo alarm clock for music. The bathroom is set up with a bluetooth speaker to connect your phone to listen to music.
Please note: This property is not suitable for people with mobility issues. All guests must be able to climb stairs. The home is built into the hillside overlooking the Tamalpais Valley which makes for stunning views.

The property has a wide selection of Bay Area/Northern California travel, hiking, history, and reference books as well as multiple board games. There's a backpack with picnic supplies, a blanket, and beach towels for hiking and/or beach trips.
There are several fabulous organic high-end grocery stores and cafes nearby (Good Earth, Whole Foods) and drugstores (Walgreen's and CVS) minutes away.
The house is at the top of the hill and one of the last houses at the end of a quiet street with no through traffic. It's a serene and peaceful spot with nature views overlooking the Valley. There is ample street parking along the perimeter of the residence.
Guest access
The home is set up with a Smart lock with a code for easy check in. It is a Lockly Smartlock which is one of the most secure locks on the market.
I strongly recommend that guests protect their trip with travel insurance available online. I do not give refunds due to Covid, weather or travel issues including flight delays or cancellations.
